recipe:

white cake mix

1/2 cup oil

i can mandarin oranges, not drained

3 eggs or 4 egg whites

mix and bake according to directions

cool whip

i can of crushed pineapple, drained

1 box of instant vanilla pudding, dry

mix and top cupcakes when cooled

these are so light and springy!
